Additionally, the NCP mobile application offers Sailors mobile access to voluntary education planning tools and applications previously available only via shore-based Navy College counselors.

This mobile app allows Sailors to submit Tuition Assistance (WebTA) applications and degree plans, schedule counseling, and complete Tuition Assistance training requirements. As part of the Navy's transformation, the NCP launched an updated My Education module in June 2017, significantly improving the WebTA approval process.

The new system will enable faster WebTA authorizations, enrollments, grade posting, and invoice payments. The redesigned United Services Military Apprenticeship Program (USMAP) and Non-Resident Training Course (NRTC) websites provide Sailors with a streamlined ability to identify and register for the certification or preparation programs they need to excel.
