Though I'm not that bad a person so I'll give you a tip: Google. Really, it's not that difficult and you'll have a higher chance of finding the answer/patch instead of posting it here.

A little tip: you might want to google something with Fate/Stay Night (ero) removing patch as the search term. Just in case you were wondering how to google it you know. Beware when using the patch though since: 'Make sure that you read the instructions that come with it. It skips all H scenes in Fate and UBW but does not skip any in HF, although the HCGs are replaced with a black screen.
